**Security Officer (CCTV Operator)**

**Role Purpose**

As a Security Officer (CCTV Operator), you will help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel assets. You will monitor and operate the hotel's CCTV and security systems, respond to incidents, and support the Security team in maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and service in line with hotel policies and procedures.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Monitor all CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire alarm panels, and other security equipment to ensure effective surveillance of the property.
+ Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activities, security breaches, safety hazards, and operational irregularities.
+ Maintain continuous observation of public areas, entrances, exits, back-of-house locations, and other critical areas of the hotel.
