uties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in planning the security strategy
• Prepare monthly roster and control the daily operation under the supervision of the Security Manager
• In the absence of Security Manager, will act on his capacity and assume tasks and responsibilities
• Handle incoming reports, cases or complaints, both from guests and team members.
• Organize, supervise and prepare all necessities in handling over shifts and inventories, finalize all outstanding work from previous shift, control each station, and monitor situation and stay alert on any changes
• Inspect the standards of security team members reporting for duty
• Communicate all instructions to his team members and ensure enforcement
• Leads investigations and prepares reports based on the established standards
• Checks all records of all stations and complete appropriate entries in the security logbook
