• Supervise day-to-day security operations.  Ensures that security personnel perform     duties in accordance with established procedures and systems of the company.
• Conduct daily roving inspection on all security posts.
• Prepare and coordinate with agency the monthly manning of all security guard's posts.
• Conduct regular security and risk assessment of company premises to protect employees and properties.
• Conduct accident/incident investigations, and recommend measures to Management based on data gathered.
• Check security seal of all pull out shipments.  Verify Manifest for Outbound Shipment vs Gate Pass, Material Request Form vs Gate Pass, and such other documents that should be presented prior to release of FG and materials for shipment or delivery to customers, or transfer to sub-cons and satellite warehouse.
