Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and maintain security of the premises.
• Control access by vetting visitors, staff, and vehicles.
• Record and maintain accurate gate and occurrence book entries.
• Inspect vehicles, gate passes, and items entering or leaving the premises.
• Ensure safety of assets, buildings, and occupants.
• Respond promptly to incidents and report all anomalies to the Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness around assigned security areas.
• Submit shift handover reports and comply with security procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Security Studies or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of
  three (3) years' experience
  in a similar role.
• Valid security training/certification is an added advantage.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
