• Conducting regular patrols and monitoring the premises to ensure the safety and security of the site
• Responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies and taking appropriate action
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of security activities and incidents
• Actively participating in security-related training and development programs
• Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients, tenants, and visitors as needed
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
