Security Operation Center (SOC) Manager

THE JOB

The Security Operation Center (SOC) Manager reports to the Securitas Branch Manager. This role involves direct management and operational responsibility, and ensuring customer and company satisfaction. Your primary function is to perform the undermentioned tasks as outlined by the Compliance, Strategy & Risk Management (CSRM) Security Operation Centre. Main duties and responsibilities are to perform day shift duty to provide security coverage involving the following key activities:

• Program & Global Operations Oversight – To include the planning, direction, and control of all operational and administrative framework for the security personnel, ensuring adherence to CSRM-defined standards for all security monitoring programs and incident response protocols.
