About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented TSOC Analyst to monitor and manage security systems for multiple clients. You will review alerts, video feeds, and event data to identify potential security threats, issue real-time verbal commands to deter unauthorized activity, and follow escalation protocols as needed. This role is critical in maintaining client security, documenting incidents, and ensuring proper response procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor automated alerts and live video feeds from security platforms.
• Classify and escalate events using industry alarm validation standards.
• Issue real-time talk-down commands to de-escalate unauthorized activity.
• Contact clients, law enforcement, or dispatch patrol units per protocol.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in TrackTik, including DARs and IRs.
