Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst

Role Description

A Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst monitors, detects, and responds to security threats and incidents within an organization’s IT environment. This role is responsible for maintaining cybersecurity, investigating alerts, and supporting the protection of critical systems, networks, and data. SOC Analysts work closely with IT security teams to implement preventive and corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts, logs, and events from various sources (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint solutions)
• Investigate and analyze security incidents, breaches, and anomalies
• Perform triage and escalation of security threats according to defined protocols
