Security Operations Engineer

The IT Security Operations Administrator is responsible for the secure and reliable operation of network and security infrastructure. The role focuses on managing load balancers, DNS services, Firewalls, Microsoft 365 / Active Directory administration, and security controls while providing rapid incident response, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high availability and security of enterprise systems.
Security Operations & Incident Response
· Respond to security incidents, outages, and performance degradations
· Perform incident triage, containment, eradication, and recovery
· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
· Participate in on-call rotation and major incident management (MIM)
Microsoft 365 & Active Directory Administration
· Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, mailboxes, and security roles
