Group Security Operations Manager (Interim – Maternity Cover)

BME is looking for an experienced Group Security Operations Manager to join the IT & Security organization on a temporary maternity cover assignment (April - September). In this role, you will ensure continuity and operational excellence of the Group’s cybersecurity monitoring and incident response capabilities during an important phase of digital transformation.

Reporting to the Group CISO / Group Director IT & Operations, you will act as the central coordination point for security operations across BME and its Operating Companies throughout Europe, working closely with regional security teams, IT stakeholders, and external SOC partners.
