Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Control and monitor all entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
Ensure only authorized individuals are granted access after proper identity verification.
Conduct regular patrols around the perimeter, gates, entrances, and sensitive areas.
Remain alert to movement, routines, and environmental conditions without compromising privacy.
Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarm systems, and other safety equipment.
Immediately report any incidents to supervisors or relevant authorities.
Register and record the presence of visitors, domestic staff, contractors, and service providers.
Escort visitors/contractor to authorized areas when required.
Prepare accurate daily reports, patrol logs, and incident reports in a timely manner.
Communicate security issues and observations to management effectively.
