- Attend Pre-event / Pre-conference meetings as Security Department’s representative.
- Ensure proper hand over to Security Operations for execution of events/ conferences.
- Assist in the conduct of site walks, briefings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist to plan and coordinate security resources to support the events/ conferences.
- Assist with security costs chargeback to external clients and internal departments.
- Assist to plan and brief contingency plans for major events.
- Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
