As the Security Operations Manager, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing, leading and evaluating the effectiveness of a workflow operations team.

Position Responsibilities : 

• Drive the overall success of service delivery for a Security Operations Team

• Review performance data from the operations teams to evaluate the effectiveness of the operation teams

• Maintain overall accountability for the request fulfillment process of 4 different subprocesses
