As a Head of Department reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Security & Safety Manager is responsible for the protection and safety of Hotel Guests, Associates and all Assets, both tangible and intangible. He is expected to design and implement a comprehensive security programme consistent with identified risks and putting Guests and Associates' safety as utmost priority. He is also the appointed Fire Safety Manager of the Hotel.

Our Expectations:

• Anticipate, identify and put in place plans that helps reduce to manageable proportions all security, safety and health risks, threats and hazards
• Conduct continuing Risk Assessments; identifying all risks affecting the Hotel and recommend interventions, responses and corrective actions and plans
