Security & Safety Ops Advisor

Responsible for overseeing the security operations command center, electronic security systems, and site emergency management.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Managing electronic security systems (ESS) including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and badge printing, while providing 24/7 oversight across all Carelon Philippines sites.
Conducting investigative reviews of incidents through the ESS. Sorting, receiving, and responding to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees and non-employees via the security hotline.
Leading evacuations if needed during emergencies and handling external communications with local authorities and hospitals.
Identifying, analyzing and reporting all incidents of onsite emergencies and business continuity plan activations through text blasts, email blasts, and the PA system.
