Security Site Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Located in our Malaysia Plant, the Security Site Manager manages all security activities associated with Advanced Energy’s Malaysia facilities, with the goal of ensuring the safety of AE’s employees, contractors, and guests. Responsible for safety equipment and procedure specification; employee safety programs and training; safety risk assessments, inspections, and audits; and incident investigations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role exercises significant discretion and independent judgment in making operational, financial, and strategic decisions that impact the organization’s direction and performance.
Ensure compliance with C-TPAT and global supply chain security standards, conducting internal audits, customer security walkthroughs, and risk mitigation planning.
Oversee executive protection programs for senior leaders and high-risk personnel as required, ensuring proper security planning and travel risk assessments.
