Responsibilities

• Wear a clean, professional uniform and maintain high standards of discipline at all times while on duty.
• Ensure that all necessary security equipment such as cable ties, plastic bags, signage, and alarm systems are in good working condition and readily available.
• Ensure that customer entry points are opened at the designated times. Any changes to this schedule must first be approved by management.
• Greet customers with Good morning, Good afternoon, or Good evening, while maintaining a friendly attitude, smile, and providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure that customers do not bring unauthorized items into the premises as per management guidelines.
• Continuously monitor and observe customers for any suspicious activities or behavior that may indicate potential security threats.
