Job Description
• Conduct, maintain, and update country and regional security risk assessments.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve security concepts in line with local and international (HQ) standards.
• Oversee security systems, procedures, and compliance across all facilities.
• Design and supervise security operations for special events and new store openings.
• Manage day-to-day operational and security related matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with security providers, and key vendors.
• Manage and monitor appointed guarding companies and service partners.
• Deliver annual security training and drive organization-wide security awareness.
• Prepare incident reports, risk analyses, and improvement recommendations.
