Work Schedule: 5 days a week / 1 rest day based on duty roster

Shift Timing: 6:30hrs – 18:30hrs

Salary Package: $3,889 Gross/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management & Reporting
• Supervise deployment
• Respond to and report incidents
• Manage security incidents at major/large-scale events and report to relevant authorities
• Direct Supervision
• Supervise & direct security personnel
• Conduct team briefing & debrief
• Execute Evacuation Plans & Exercises

Requirements:

• Experience in handling officers and management
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership, organisational, and conflict-management abilities
• Valid PLRD with 1 free notification
• Must be CCTC, CSSPB & OBSE trained
