Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a team to create and maintain safety and security for all guests and team members while delivering unparalleled hospitality services in a professional and courteous manner.

**About the Role**

+ Manage daily operations at the property, ensuring safety and security of all guests, team members and assets
+ Create and distribute work schedules
+ Review, correct and approve direct reports’ payroll
+ Review and approve daily activity logs completed by security officers
+ Ensure security officers are patrolling assigned areas frequently, remaining alert and present at designated posts
+ Create or modify standard operating procedures or policies when necessary
+ Meet with direct reports regularly to provide feedback, development plans, praise, coaching, corrective action and bi-annual performance reviews of direct reports
