Scope:

• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
• Works on problems of moderate scope
• Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects

Your Roles and Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows servers and virtual machines (VMs) to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues.
• Manage and maintain CCTV systems, primarily Genetec and Avigilon, ensuring their effective operation for security monitoring.
• Administer access control systems, specifically Lenel, to ensure secure and efficient access to facilities.
• Regularly update and maintain all security systems to ensure they are running the latest software and are free from vulnerabilities.
