Security System Design Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct site surveys and design customized security system solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, RFID).
Prepare system diagrams, Bill of Materials (BOM), costing, and bid documentation based on client TOR.
Lead creation and review of all technical bid submissions and ensure timely client delivery.
Supervise and guide Design Engineers, Technical Support, and Installers during pre-sales and turnover.
Coordinate with local and foreign suppliers for solution sourcing and technical validation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Electronics, Electrical, Computer or related Engineering course (PRC license a plus).
AutoCAD proficiency is strongly preferred for creating technical drawings and system designs.
At least 3 years experience in pre-sales solution design or security systems engineering.
Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience leading technical teams.
