Security Systems Specialist - Evening Shift (Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg Center) - #Staff

Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg Center is seeking motivated, enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individuals for the position of University **_Security Systems Specialist - Evening Shift._** The position will work evening shift, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm supporting the delivery of security and safety services.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Monitor and respond to proprietary closed circuit television systems for events or activities that may require a security response.
+ Provide general assistance and information to University students, faculty, staff and visitors.
+ Complete tasks as it may be necessary for the operation of the Command Center.
+ Answer telephone and radio emergency or non-emergency calls, assess the nature of the call and determine appropriate level of response.
+ Dispatch the appropriate level of public safety response per University policy and guidelines.
