Security Training Officer

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Status: Full-Time

Location: Sheridan, CO (field-based across the Front Range)

Citadel Security USA is hiring an Armed Field Training Officer to support operations across Colorado’s Front Range. In this role, you will train and evaluate new security officers in the field, reinforce post orders and company standards, and help ensure consistent, high‑quality service at client sites. You will serve as a mentor and role model while supporting incident response and site compliance as needed.
