Job Description

- Manage and monitor partner farmers to build strong relationships and promote sustainable development.
- Communicate regularly with member farmers and provide ongoing consultation and support.
- Monitor and analyze farmers’ production performance to assess productivity and seed quality.
- Provide training and knowledge-sharing on cultivation practices to farmers.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned 
Job Requirement
 < Necessary skill/experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Field Crops, Horticulture, Seed Technology, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of Seed Production, or Agricultural Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตร) experience
- Able to use a basic computer (MS Office)
- Have a driving car license (use the company's car)
- Able to travel all the Northeastern area 
- Can start working immediately
