Seeking piano and theory lessons for beginner to intermediate student

Hi there, I'm looking for a patient and engaging music tutor to help my child improve piano skills and music theory. The lessons should cover basic piano technique, reading sheet music, rhythm clapping, and simple repertoire. We prefer a local tutor who can travel to our home or offer online sessions if needed. Ideally, the tutor has experience with beginners and can tailor the pace to keep my child motivated. Availability during weekday evenings or weekend mornings would be great.
