• Lead the construction management efforts for the SEF element and support the SEF Project Element Manager (PEM) to ensure SEF construction products (a ~US$400M Las Campanas site campus with 5 major buildings) are planned and delivered according to GMTO safety, performance, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Support the development of SEF construction cost and schedule estimates, in coordination with the GMTO project and corporate offices and the Agency CM team (ACM; a third-party commercial contractor).
• Monitor progress of all site construction activities using earned value management (EVM) metrics and help ensure accurate internal and external reporting of SEF construction progress.
