Segment Sales Manager - Water & Environment

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Segment Sales Manager - Water & Environment to lead business development and sales activities across the Water and Environment sector, including water treatment, desalination, wastewater, and water networks . The role focuses on partnering with water authorities, utilities, and operators to deliver innovative solutions that improve water quality, reduce Non-Revenue Water (NRW), and significantly lower energy consumption in pumping and treatment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of integrated solutions across the full water lifecycle, from source water management to distribution networks and wastewater treatment.
• Promote Industrial Automation solutions for process control, Digital Twin technologies for network modeling, and Digital Energy solutions to improve pumping station efficiency.
