Team Building and Talent Development – Formulate the annual talent development plan for the team. Based on the company’s business growth needs and the career demands of team members, design a competence improvement roadmap for the team. Response for the segment supplier’s quality team management,

include:

• Tracking and management of supplier quality performance (NCM), make sure team take the robust corrective actions
• Cooperate with plant for the supplier issues, quick response & problem solving
• Support plant for the problem solving of overseas supplier’s critical issue
• Escalation supplier management
• Ensure them has the robust TFC/APQP and PPAP in components development phase, LL application and Yokoten
• Supplier compliance of ALV requirements like S‑MPS, AS069, CC/SC etc.
• Supplier development toward to ‘zero defect’ and lean mindset buildup
• Alignment & Collaboration with Product Lines
