Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Office Fit-Out Management:Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to plan and execute the office fit-out according to company specifications and local regulations.Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards for all fit-out activities, including interior design, furniture installation, IT infrastructure, and utilities.Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building codes throughout the fit-out process.Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to address issues and ensure timely completion.
  • Operational Maintenance:Oversee daily facility operations (cleaning, security, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests, repairs, and emergencies.Monitor and manage service contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
