Self-Service Onboarding Specialist: Fast, Clear Guidance

Meridial Marketplace, by Invisible, is seeking an onboarding support agent to assist Self Service Plan Sponsors. This role involves providing timely and high-quality guidance as clients navigate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client support, strong communication skills, and operational tool proficiency. This position is 40-50 hours per week from 9am-6pm US-ET at a rate of $6 per hour.
