Job Description
- Inquiry Handling: Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot product/service problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Relationship Building: Build sustainable, trust-based relationships with clients through interactive communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Listening & Empathy: Ability to understand customer concerns and handle complaints with patience.
- English Proficiency: Competency in speaking English language
