Job Purpose

To grow sales by developing and maintaining relationships with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and hotels (HORECA sector), promoting and selling the company's portfolio of premium coffee beans, syrups, sauces, and related beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

2. Identify and target new HORECA clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries).

3. Promote company products (coffee beans, syrups, sauces, frappé mixes, etc.) with confidence and product knowledge.
4. Conduct product demos, tastings, and training sessions for baristas or purchase managers.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
