Job Description
Work Arrangement: Bukit Raja Selatan
Employment Type: 12 Month Contract (First Month Probation)
Working Hours: 1pm-10pm | 8am-6pm
Working Day: 5 Day Per-Week
Job Scope:
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incoming buyer chats, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service (CS) by addressing customer needs via communication channels (primarily live chat).
- Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve user issues effectively.
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries professionally, maintaining a friendly and problem-solving approach.
- Take ownership of customer issues, including operational concerns, and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Identify process improvements to enhance work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the regional team.
