Selling Pre-Owned Car Sales Manager - Gauteng, Edenvale

This role involves leading the pre‑owned sales operation across several key areas, including sales strategy, marketing, team leadership, stock management, customer care, performance monitoring, and financial oversight.

Sales

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and increase pre‑owned volumes
• Drive profitability across all deals, including 1st and 2nd gross, in line with OEM and shareholder targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to adjust pricing and sales strategies
• Manage all leads and opportunities through the CMS to ensure maximum conversion
• Work closely with F&I, New Vehicle Sales, and Aftersales to optimise deal structures and overall profitability

Marketing

• Implement targeted marketing initiatives to increase enquiries, showroom traffic, and customer engagement
