Selling Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for achieving sales targets by ensuring proper merchandise display, store housekeeping, efficient warehouse management, and excellent customer service within the department. The role also manages promoter teams across various brands, overseeing coordination, performance, and overall people management​

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that store meets or surpasses the sales target.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Attend to customer and inquiries and complaints and takes immediate action and solution relating to cashiering activities
• Monitors deliveries and ensure orderly of merchandise in the department.
• Ensure adequate merchandise stock level in the store at all times.
• Maximize the use of available resources (JDA/server)
• Prepare and submits report on time.
