Selling Supervisor

• Demonstrate and reinforces the leadership behavior and basic minimums like (uniform, work schedule, attendance)
• Knows, enforces and educate the team on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures.
• Executes local promotions to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
• Prepares monthly report of total sales and walk ins of the supermarket.
• Ensures all security and cash handling policies and procedures are executed properly.
• Monitors sales performance and provide necessary actions to maximize overall sales volume.
• Evaluates market reactions to advertising and merchandising procedures, displays and packaging.
• Coordinates with COO on sales forecasts and commitments.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
