Job Responsibilities

• Determining specifications for components to be created based on blueprints for mechanical systems.
• Measuring and constructing components out of raw materialsthrough cutting, shaping, and grinding.
• Assembling fabricated components into a larger machine or system.
• Complying with operations, safety, and maintenance procedures.
• Understanding and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.
• Operating specialised equipment.
• Performing regular maintenance and repair work and conducting diagnostic tests to determine the root of problems.
• Monitoring the fabrication and assembly process.
• Replacing damaged or defective components.
• Adhering to other overall on-site regulations.
