Semiconductor Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 & OT payable (Gross up $3,500++)

Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave

Working Days & Hours (Mon - Fri) - Choose your shift

·       Shift 1: 7.30am - 4.30pm

·       Shift 2: 3.30pm-12.30am ($15 allowance/day)

·       Shift 3: 11.30pm - 8.30am ($25 allowance/day)

Working Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities:

·       Assembly of semiconductor wafer components

·       Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machinery

·       Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment

·       Basic inspection and adherence to quality standards
