Job description:

• Generates and reviews process documents like specifications, work standard guides, OCAP, FMEA, Control Plan to be used and implemented in production.
• Drives/generates programs geared toward improvement in cost, productivity and quality for manufacturing needs.
• Will be assigned special project/s or program/s to attain plant targets such as yield goals.
• Ensures adherence to customer standards and quality of work to the satisfaction of customers (internal or external).
• Ensures that SPC control chart are analyze and process capability will review.
• Drives/generates programs geared toward improvement in quality, productivity and cost for manufacturing test needs.
• Attends to all customer issues, provides data analysis and their corrective, improvement and preventive measures. Troubleshoots problems in manufacturing test lines and responds to customer complaints on technical matters.
