Semiconductor Technician

(Job ID: ) Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment in accordance with established procedures. Handle tools, components, and machinery parts with care to ensure equipment integrity and safety. Work 6-8 hours daily within a cleanroom environment while complying with cleanroom protocols. Follow approved procedures for installation, replacement, and handling of heavy machinery parts. Conduct daily workplace 6S audits to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist in Minor PM, Major PM, Tube Cleaning, and Main Heater Change PM activities, primarily supporting logistics tasks. Perform sub-fab audits, including monitoring tool health for UPS, scrubbers, and related systems. Participate in on-site training and apply learned procedures to daily operations.
