Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

Salary: £14.25 - £16
Contract: Full-time / Term-time
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate SEN Support Assistant to work within a Mainstream Primary School supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive within school.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 or small group support
Support pupils with EHCPs
Work closely with SENCo and teachers
Adapt resources and learning activities

What We’re Looking For

Experience with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech & language)
Calm, patient, and resilient personality
Ability to build strong relationships
