SENCO/ESOL Coordinator/Classroom Teacher

Permanent, 0.8‑1.0 FTTE – start Term 3, 2026

Qualifications and Experience

• A highly experienced NZ trained and registered teacher
• Strengths in Special Education
• Experience working with students for whom English is a second Language
• Good communication skills and ability to work with outside agencies to provide high level support
• An inspiring leader who can motivate and support staff within their team
• Ability to work collaboratively with Team Leaders and Senior Management
• Experience teaching in the Junior Area of the school
• From 2027 this role may be reclassified as the role of Learning Support Coordinator.
