div h3 SEND Inclusion Partner /h3 p Permanent, Full Time /p p Salary: £44,258 to £52,068 per annum /p p Location: Basildon /p p Working Style: Community-based worker /p h3 The Role /h3 p Essex County Council is reforming services to improve outcomes and life experiences for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The SEND Inclusion Partner works with schools, settings, colleges, and partnerships to promote inclusive practice, improve outcomes, and build capacity to assess, plan, deliver, and review SEND provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice 2015. /p p Key responsibilities include influencing change, building strong relationships, and supporting senior leaders to develop inclusive provision for children and young people with SEND, including autism, language and communication, social emotional and mental health, and cognition and learning difficulties. /p h3 Accountabilities /h3 ul li Act as the link inclusion part...
