SEND Job Coach: Elevate Youth Employability & Internships

Capel Manor College is looking for an enthusiastic Job Coach to work with young people aged 17–25 with SEND, helping them progress to meaningful paid employment.

The role includes providing personalized support and training, job matching, and supporting internship placements while promoting inclusive employment practices. Applicants should be passionate about SEND and highly organized, as the role entails regular travel across college sites and employer locations.
