New Directions Education are currently recruiting a SEND Learning Support Assistant to work in schools across the Helsby and Frodsham area. This is a rewarding opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual to support pupils with special educational needs and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Role:
• Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Working one-to-one or in small groups to support learning and engagement
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Supporting pupils with personal, social, and emotional development
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
