Simply Education is seeking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant to work with a group of students who have become disconnected with their learning. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have resilience and be able to model and promote high behaviour expectations. It is vital that you can communicate effectively and build rapport and common interests with the students to inspire and motivate them.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively to support students to build their resilience, self-worth, and ability to manage and self-regulate their own feelings.
