SEND Support Worker – School Based (Young People)

Milk Education is working closely with a specialist SEND school in Ashington to recruit dedicated SEND Support Workers to support children and young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).

This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, compassionate and committed to supporting pupils with complex needs in a structured and nurturing school environment. As a SEND Support Worker, you will work with pupils who may be non-verbal, have physical disabilities, or require a high level of personalised support throughout the school day. A calm approach, empathy and adaptable communication skills are essential.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
