Senior 3D Visualizer-Concepts

• Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and animations/CGI to support design concepts and stakeholder understanding.
• Develop realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and fly-throughs to support approvals, client presentations, and marketing efforts.
• Research and integrate emerging AI tools and technologies into architectural practice
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI applications in design and visualization
• Enhance 3D modeling, rendering, and data visualization using AI-powered techniques
• Collaborate with architects and designers to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Architecture-related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience using 3Ds Max, Corona and Vray for Luxury Architectural Projects
