Summary

The Senior Account Director (SAD) oversees major client accounts; they lead client strategy, guide project execution from brief to completion, and foster strong, long‑term client relationships. The role requires collaborating across teams, setting priorities, managing resources, and inspiring internal and external stakeholders.
